Deleting your account

Consistent with our Privacy Policy, last updated August 27, 2026

You can delete your KiBinder account yourself, at any time, without asking us. This page explains how, and exactly what happens when you do.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at app.kibinder.com.
  2. Go to Settings, then Security — or open app.kibinder.com/settings/security directly.
  3. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. The deletion runs immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@kibinder.com from the address on the account, ask us to delete it, and we will do it for you. We answer within 30 days and usually much sooner. If you cannot write from that address, tell us what you can about the account and we will work out how to verify it — we would rather take an extra step than delete the wrong person's collection.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account does three things, in this order:

  1. Billing. Any active subscription is cancelled and your customer record at Stripe is deleted. If this step fails, the whole deletion stops rather than leaving you paying for an account that no longer exists.
  2. Your account and everything in it. Your sign-in identity is deleted, and with it your collection, binders, decks, tracked sets, price alerts, preferences, and your subscription record.
  3. Analytics. Your analytics profile is deleted, along with its events and its session recordings.

Deleting your account also ends any active subscription. Fees you have already paid are not refunded, and deleting part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to the remainder back.

More detail

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect, who processes it, and how long each piece is kept — sections 9 and 10 are the retention and deletion sections this page summarises. Our Terms of Service cover subscriptions and cancellation. Anything still unclear: support@kibinder.com.
